No 196, 30 June 2003 (code in the matter of protection of personal data), GICAM srl, with registered office in Gravedona (CO), Piazza XI Febbraio, 2 in the person of Mr. Danilo Carrara, as the 'Owner' of the treatment, is required to provide certain information concerning the use of personal data. The treatment of personal data supplied by You as customers or suppliers of this Company, or otherwise acquired in the context of our business activity, in accordance with legislative and contractual disposition in force, carried out through manual, data processing and computer tools, with logic closely related to these purposes and they can involve all operations under the Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. In any case, all these data are treated in observance of law and privacy obligations by themselves made. The data provided can so be treated exclusively for purposes related to reciprocal obligations coming from the contractual relationship established with You, and so it can be treated for contractual or pre-contractual needs and necessity, as well as for operating and internal management requirements. The treatment of personal data supplied by You will occurred by suitable tools and shrewdness to guarantee safety and privacy and it can also be made through automated tools able to memorize, manage and transmit these data. Personal data relating to You will be treated in a lawful and right way: these will be collected and recorded for purposes set out above, they will be updated, if necessary, they will be treated for the duration of the contractual relationship established and subsequently also for the completion of all execution of law. We advise You, besides, that notwithstanding the request of Your consent, as required by law, the above-mentioned treatment of Your personal data can be made:

a)    by firms, institutions or consortium that provide our Company with data processing services or that carry out instrumental or complimentary activities to those of our Company;
b)    by individuals to whom the right to access Your personal data is recognized by provisions of law or EC regulations;

The Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 gives You special rights. In particular, you could get confirmation of the existence or less of personal data that concern You and the communication in intelligible form of the same data and their origin, as well as of the logic and purposes upon which the treatment bases itself. Besides, you could get the crossing out, the transformation in anonymous form or the block of data processed unlawfully, as well as updating, rectification or, if You are interested about it, the integration of data. You can oppose, for legitimate reasons, the treatment itself. We kindly request You to immediately communicate to the Company any possible alteration of Your personal data so as to obey the rule, which requires that data collected is accurate and, therefore, updated.
